We’re super excited to kick off a discussion about one of our most requested features in Helio, Prototypes. Prototypes are a staple deliverable in most design work and we want to help you get the best answers possible on your interactive designs!
Here’s what we want Helio prototype testing to do for you:
Keep it real. Understand how your customers will react to your new platform in a real environment without any hand holding. This will allow you to evaluate the natural actions of your customers in a live scenario so that you can identify where they are gravitating to first.
Prevent your customers from getting lost. Now that you know where your customers will take action without being prompted, you can test how they’ll act when they have a specific directive in mind. You now have the power to identify where customers are getting lost and what avenues they take towards recovery.
Get raw emotional feedback. The usability of your designs is always in service of how the experience makes your customers feel. Once they have had a chance to interact with your platform on their own, you can get their immediate reactions to the experience in their own words. Give your customers the ability to spill their hearts out and you’ll see exactly where they are perceiving issues with your designs.
